It has 10 workout programs, heart rate monitoring with a touch heart rate and a telemetric heart rate receiver. The display provides readouts for time, segment time, speed, average speed, RPM, distance, calories, heart rate and workout level.


One of the best exercise bikes is the Life Fitness C3-5 Lifecycle exercise bike. Lifecycle bikes are the number one bike in health clubs. The C3-5 is powered by pedaling. It features wireless and contact heart rate monitoring technology, 10 workout programs, 20 resistance levels and an easy to use console display. The frame is guaranteed for life. Price is about $1600.
