The Exercise Ball Size
depends on your height

The size of the exercise ball you should use depends on your height. Use this table to choose a comfortable size:
6' or taller  - 75 cm (29")
5'6" to 5'11" - 65 cm (25")
4'11" to 5'5" - 55 cm (21")
under 4'10"  - 42 cm (16")

For home use estimated prices for basic stability balls are about:
1. 55 cm = $7
2. 65 cm = $11
3. 75 cm = $17

Burst resistant balls cost about double the above prices.

For weight training and physical therapy it is better to use a burst resistant ball. These balls deflate slowly if punctured.

To get the most out of exercise balls, it is recommended to buy a ball exercise book or video. A video will help to perform exercises correctly and safely.
