The diet claims that it cleans the body of unhealthy toxins and fat. It gives the digestive system a break. This will result in a weight loss of up to 10 lbs. But this weight loss will be mostly water loss and cleaning of your bowls.

This diet, if it can be called a diet, is not recommended for weight loss. It might be acceptable for a one time cleaning of your digestive system, but that can be done for less than paying $20 for a 32 oz bottle of juice.
