Nutritional Supplements can increase Performance and Weight Loss


Proper nutritional supplements can improve the results of an exercise or weight loss program. This is especially true, if the diet is nutritionally unbalanced. A multivitamin supplement can then be beneficial. But it is best to get the vitamins and minerals from foods in a diet that has a balanced menu.

When a proper nutritional program is part of the exercise or training program, great improvements can be achieved. It should contain a proper ratio of carbohydrates, fats and protein. A registered dietitian can help set up your plan.
