The Stamina Conversion II recumbent bike/rower costs about $1200. This machine doubles as a recumbent bike and a rower. You can also perform upper body strengthening exercises.

Features include 8 levels of quiet magnetic resistance and an electronic monitor that shows speed, distance, time,calories and pulse.

The Stamina Elite Total Body Recumbent Bike costs about $1200. The cycle puts you in a semi reclined position. This lets you work all major muscles in your hips, thighs and buttocks. The handle bars rotate, so your arms, shoulders and back get a workout. The electronic monitor measures speed, calories burned, distance and pulse. The monitor is battery operated. Other features include quiet magnetic resistance, comfortable padded seat and seat back.

The Avari Conversion II rower/recumbent bike costs about $900. To switch from rowing to cyclng simply pull the pin and adjust the seat. The padded seat glides on a ball bearing roller system for rowing and adjusts to a stationary position for cycling.
